Working groups, task forces, and other cross-theme projects have the opportunity to meet, collaborate, and advance their initiatives. There is no fixed agenda—each group can decide how to use this time based on their priorities. Participation is optional and flexible, so teams are encouraged to coordinate among themselves if they wish to gather. This is a great opportunity to connect in person, align on ongoing work, and move key projects forward.
